Effective date: 8 October 2026. Scope: This policy applies to TBS Analytics MCP, the private website analytics integration, rather than every activity on tradingbotssimplified.com.
1. Who operates the integration
TradingBotsSimplified operates TBS Analytics MCP for authorized administration of its website. For questions, data handling requests, or withdrawal of access, contact chengli091093@gmail.com. For an overview of the integration, visit TBS Analytics MCP.
2. Information accessed from Google
When a Google account holder authorizes the integration, it may retrieve information about authorized Google Analytics 4 properties and Google Search Console sites. This includes aggregate traffic and visitor metrics; traffic sources and geographic reports; landing-page and engagement statistics; configured analytics events and conversions; search queries, clicks, impressions, click-through rates and average positions; and sitemap and URL indexing information. Some reporting may contain page URLs or search phrases.
The integration requests two read-only Google OAuth scopes: https://www.googleapis.com/auth/analytics.readonly and https://www.googleapis.com/auth/webmasters.readonly. It does not ask for Gmail, Contacts or Drive access, and it does not use these permissions to modify Google account settings or website properties.
3. How authorization works
Access is granted by the Google account holder through Google’s OAuth consent process. Google issues tokens that allow authorized read-only API requests. OAuth credential material, including the refresh token, is kept on access-controlled server storage with restricted file permissions. Google account passwords are not collected by the integration.
4. Why the information is used
Google API information is used to answer authorized analytics requests, review website performance, monitor configured conversion events, diagnose indexing or traffic changes, and develop SEO or AI-discoverability recommendations. Data is not sold, rented, used to target advertisements, or used by TradingBotsSimplified to train general-purpose AI models.
5. Connected AI services and data sharing
When an authorized user asks a connected AI assistant, such as ChatGPT, to analyze the website, relevant Google API reports and the user’s request may be sent to that AI service so it can produce the requested analysis. That AI provider processes conversation content under its own terms, privacy policy, and the user’s account settings. Users should review those settings before sending Google data to an AI service.
We otherwise disclose Google API information only as needed to operate the integration with service providers, to maintain security, to comply with applicable legal requirements, or at the direction of the authorized account holder. We do not sell Google user data to third parties.
6. Storage and retention
The source analytics and search performance data remains in Google services. As currently implemented, TBS Analytics MCP retrieves reports on demand and does not keep an independent historical analytics warehouse. Authentication credentials are retained on the server while the integration remains authorized. Limited technical logs and operational information may be retained for security and troubleshooting. Reports included in AI conversations may remain in those conversations under the connected provider’s retention and deletion settings.
On a verified request to disconnect the integration, we will remove the locally stored authorization credentials under our control. Revoking access with Google can also prevent subsequent API requests; it does not automatically delete copies already included in conversations or other systems.
7. Security
We use restricted access to the server and credential files, read-only API permissions, and HTTPS requests to Google. No internet-connected service can be guaranteed completely secure. Please do not transmit access tokens, client secrets or authorization codes through ordinary chat messages.
8. Your choices and requests
You can review or revoke the app’s permissions in your Google Account connections. You may also contact chengli091093@gmail.com to request access information, correction of information within our control, removal of locally stored authorization, or information about handling your request. You may need to use Google’s or your AI provider’s privacy controls for data held by those services.
9. Google API Services User Data Policy
Use of information received from Google APIs is intended to comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Access is limited to the functionality described above and to permissions approved by the Google account holder. Any material change in how the integration accesses, uses, stores, or shares Google data will be reflected in this policy.
10. Changes and contact
We may update this policy if the integration or applicable requirements change. The effective date above will be updated when the policy changes. Questions or privacy requests can be sent to chengli091093@gmail.com.
