Effective date: 8 October 2026. These terms apply to the private TBS Analytics MCP integration operated by TradingBotsSimplified.
1. Authorized use
TBS Analytics MCP is intended solely for the TradingBotsSimplified website owner and persons expressly authorized by the operator. It is not an open public service. You may use it only with Google properties you are authorized to access and in accordance with Google’s applicable terms.
2. What the integration provides
The integration offers read-only access to selected Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console reports for analytics, indexing checks and SEO research. Features, sources and availability may change. The integration does not modify Google properties or guarantee that reports are complete, immediately updated or free of sampling and reporting delays.
3. Google account authorization
Google access requires the account holder’s consent through OAuth. Users can revoke access through their Google Account connections at any time. The integration requests only Google Analytics and Search Console read-only permissions, and its use of Google information is described in the privacy policy.
4. AI-assisted reporting and third-party services
If an authorized user accesses reports through ChatGPT or another connected AI service, that provider’s terms, privacy settings and service availability also apply. AI-generated summaries and recommendations can contain errors; users are responsible for checking important conclusions against primary data.
5. No professional or trading advice
Analytics reports and SEO recommendations are supplied for informational and operational use. They are not legal, financial, investment or trading advice. No ranking, traffic, conversion or business outcome is guaranteed.
6. Acceptable use and security
Users must not share OAuth credentials, circumvent access controls, request data from unauthorized properties, or use the integration in violation of applicable laws and third-party service terms. Access may be suspended to protect the system or affected accounts.
7. Availability and limitations
The service is provided on an as-available basis. We may change, restrict or discontinue it as reasonably necessary. To the extent permitted by applicable law, TradingBotsSimplified is not responsible for losses arising solely from unavailable, delayed or inaccurate third-party analytics data or AI-generated interpretations.
8. Changes and contact
